ANIR and TDA, the owners of the shopping centre “Place du Dauphiné” located in Isère (department in Southeastern France) have fully understood that shop units must take the tenants’ expectations into consideration.

HYSOPE therefore regularly audits rental spaces, submits the projects for official approval (building permit, store signage…), before carrying out the necessary work to redesign the units.
